We combine self-paced practice on the Update My Skill interactive platform, live feedback from tech professionals, help from our community managers, and guidance from senior students.
We introduce sprints, or two-weeks periods of work, with a number of tasks to complete by a deadline. Most professional IT development takes place in sprints, so this helps prepare you for the workplace.
We believe that anyone can have a sustainable and enjoyable career in tech. We help our students find high-paying jobs in a company they like. More than half of our students receive attractive job offers within two months of graduating.
Update My Skill employment rate exceeds 80%.
If you don’t get a new job in tech within 6 months of graduation, we will refund 100% of your Update My Skill tuition.
There are several conditions that apply to the refund:
— You must complete the program, including Career Prep and Career Acceleration program.
— You actively participate in a job search, applying to relevant positions and going through interviews.
— You need to be a U.S. resident.

We’re thrilled to offer our graduates post-offer support through career services, designed to help them succeed in the tech industry. Students can utilize three career coaching sessions per year, depending on their needs:
- If they’ve recently transitioned into a new role.
- If, at any point, they decide to return to the job search, we’ll be more than happy to set them up for success by providing career advice and reviewing their career materials.
